Last week, a group of students were chosen to take part in a research group to give their views about their citizenship (character development) lessons. This student voice session was filmed, and will be sent to the researcher at Middlesex University as part of a project about citizenship lessons all over the country. It was great to see students engaging with this, as their opinion is so important to help shape the curriculum in the future. The students voiced their opinions on various topics, for example what they enjoy learning about currently, and what they think would be useful to add to their lessons.
