The Year 7 OSCA Transition Team

At OSCA, we have a dedicated Year 7 Transition Team whose sole focus is to ensure that every student experiences a smooth and successful move from primary to secondary education.

Throughout Year 7, the team provides support, guidance and encouragement, helping students settle confidently into school life and achieve their full potential.

The Transition Team works closely with students and families during this important year, ensuring that students feel supported both academically and personally. Their role is to help students build confidence, develop positive relationships and become fully prepared for the next stage of their secondary journey.

At the end of Year 7, students transition to their Head of Year, who will continue to support and guide them throughout Years 8 to 11. This provides continuity, strong pastoral care and a consistent point of contact throughout their time at OSCA.
